Resonant World #128
As we cross the threshold of mid-February, I’m noticing that my intention to adopt a more systematic approach to publishing Resonant World has not materialised in the way I’d optimistically imagined at the start of the year.
That’s left me wondering whether there might be some virtue in continuing to honour the spirit of spontaneity that has animated this initiative from the outset.
I’m therefore following an impulse I felt earlier to offer an experimental group Tarot reading to members of the Resonance Council (paid subscribers), which you can watch in the 10-minute video above. (Resonant World #77: Welcome to the Resonance Council).
My intention was to explore whether this kind of Tarot reading on behalf of a collective can unlock valuable insights in an equivalent way to a one-on-one consultation. (Resonant World #103: 101 Reasons You Need a Tarot Reading).
In my experience, Tarot has a habit of uncovering the question behind our question — revealing new perspectives, and options for action, that our habitual ways of thinking obscure.
On behalf of the Resonance Council, I therefore decided to ask the cards: “What do we need to know now to support our work to heal individual, ancestral, and collective trauma?” I intended that his question could apply to our own personal processes, or the work we do on behalf of other people.
