Resonant World#77

In my imagination,

Resonant World is more than a newsletter.

It’s a portal.

A doorway.

A channel.

A threshold for welcoming the new.

I feel this quality of the future reaching into the present each time I sit down to write.

This felt-sense of emerging potential is a valuable resource in my life.

It’s where I go when I feel the shadows of fear, disappointment and doubt start to crowd out the light.  

I want Resonant World to serve readers in a similar way.

I imagine this newsletter as an interface, allowing each of us to access that same frequency of heightened aliveness that runs through me like a current when I write.

Because writer and reader aren’t two.

I believe that as I write, and you read, we’re all part of one unfolding expression.

There’s nothing special about this process.

Nothing unique.

And yet I feel a quality of mystery as I make this offering that fills me with a sense of heightened alertness — as if I’m right on the edge of a revelation that will change my life.

If that revelation does indeed come, I now know that it won’t come through me alone.

It will enter through the field of shared awareness that can only come alive in community.

Like a circle of trees, surrounding a lake — our witnessing presence is enough.

For the miracle to occur.
